We all dont want h2O fail even after launch, which means the team is so weak and no one can suport when emergent bugs occur some time.

It will go well, I know it will. I have hired the developer of Franko coin, who's a really good coder and that can be seen by his previous work!
I'm currently looking for the pool OPs who're listed in the ANN OP. Need them on IRC asap.
Not letting down anyone. If I wanted to let anyone down, I'd do it from the first "launch".
I don't think there will be any bugs, because as I've mentioned, a good coder is working on H2O
