I think, Btt name BountyManagerBD used @BountyManagerBD telegram & he/she deleted @BountyManagerBD this telegram. Than i am again created @BountyManagerBd telegram id. Otherwise, those 2 telegram id can't match same username. You can check at last some post on btt name BountyManagerBD profile post.

He/she deleted this (@BountyManagerBD) id & he/she used this (@BountyManagerBD15) id. Please check upper & lower post. You can see 2 telegram id.
