coinano.com has some probs.

I deposit my PLC. I can see my PLC in balance but when I want to trade my balance show ZERO.
I wrote more than 24 hrs ago to support, non answer so I decided to withdraw away my PLC but it is also impossible to withdraw so I wrote 12 hrs ago to support but, at the moment, again, no answer.
