Sorry to hear that, friend. I myself have never had a dog before so I really do not know what its like to have one of "man's best friends" but if it's a best friend, then that has got to be a very hard blow indeed. Knowing you, I am sure his life was full of the most extravagant goodies a doggy could wish for.
