I just transferred my funds from bitcoin plus. At this point, I consider it a pure scam. You get .00003 btc per share and the owner is still enforcing the .01 transfer fee. Plus you can only send multiples of .01. I'm really stumped as to why people would still be using that site. 
I initiated a transfer on the 18th and it still hasn't happened. Emailing didn't help. I just had a couple of machines running it to mess around so no real loss. Just a few cents maybe. Yes it is a scam. Whether or not it generates a lot of coin is irrelevant if transfers are not honored.
