Curious question. I am hearing news that Russia will disconnect their internet from rest of the world.
Based on the news spread, the disconnection should start today March 11th. But apparently it hasn't been implemented yet, I see the accounts of the Russian members are still actively discussing recently. And someone explained that the disconnection is inaccurate.
