Thank you for all the thoughts / suggestions.  I assure you that I am reading them and will make sure the CEO hears them.

I just finished up some upgrades to the market place
   - Dynamically calculated pricing (USD->GPUC every 15 minutes)
   - Instant Approval System (sellers can now be authorized to post items instantly)
   - Improved messaging systems (emails go out now + more buttons to message members)
