It is definitely going to be demoralising for those Chelsea players, manager and the entire team/staff, it is a period of uncertainty, and that os definitely not good for the morale of the players, but they are professionals and i doubt they are just going to throw in the towel in the competitions they still are in, they will definitely fight to the end.

Yes, the sanctions really hit the club hard, in every aspect of the word, i personally did not expect it to be of this extent, but it is what it is, and i am pretty sure the club is working behind the scenes to make the situation fairly better, it is really going to be bad for English football if a club like Chelsea just crumbles this way, it is really unfair, especially for the fans.
