I haven't scanned their TOS, but I believe there must be reason why your account was given a limit.
As I understood it, you just deposited that $544, you aren't allowed to bet it all on a single bet (because of account limit sanctioned to you), you then play using it, then lost it all.
I understand that you played a lot before, but newly deposit and withdrawing it is really prohibited, you must know that in the very first place.

I played almost a whole year in Duelbits since they started and I didn't have any issue since then.
