I don't think this is possible this year because we have just one (and really high) last year so this year would be either Bear market or stable market movement , as we have been seeing from the beginning of the year.
Personally, I look in a different direction because Bullrun and Bearish often don't last long now, and that was also true last year, so anyone who has experienced gains and losses last year will understand very well how the current market conditions are.
