I know that Bitcoin has become more known and trusted by many people but I still see many popular websites don't accept bitcoin like amazon. I'm only seeing bitcoin is mostly used for illicit activites or as an investment. Why Bitcoin isn't adopted yet in most legimate websites?
Bitcoin is not a compulsory currency, it is a virtual currency that you can use if you want and also you can avoid it if you want. So many big companies have not yet added Bitcoin as a payment method on their website but most of the websites are now adopting cryptocurrency Bitcoin and others as their payment method. But hope in the coming days, Bitcoin will be added as a payment method for all kinds of websites including Amazon.
