I totally love the motive behind OP's discuss, a pure desire and intent to learn and become better. It is with such a desire that knowledge quickly comes to someone. Rather than pretending to know, you have humbled yourself to ask what you do not know. I think such an attitude is merit deserving and should be emulated by others as well.
