You are getting lots of negative feedback for scamming players because you guys are making a mistake.

Stake also freezes accounts but they have a great reputation because they know how to do t smartly. Here are my suggestions:

1- As per terms and conditions you can ask the customer anything in the name of KYC. Stake forces users to submit KYC or their balance is gone. You can start asking "letter from the president" else your funds are gone.

2- Like stake has hired some puppets, you need to hire some trusted members. Yes it costs money but look they defend you against all the victims and go as far as tagging the victim himself as one of the stake puppet does.
