you can look altcoin that will release on crypto rating site, but forget the rating and only take information about new altcoin that will release soon. find and observe about it into telegram group discussion , alot group specially discuss about IEO or IDO so it is be best place to get detail information.

so far bitcointalk still be best crypto forum at that moment. it have huge exposure from retail and whales investors.
