Nahi Sayeds bhai actually question is not about Encouragement/motivation, i think you missed it... but we are actually talking about No. 3 position for Pakistani thread in 2021

Since teachearn17 user is banned we are discussing who should be nominated for number 3. I exclude myself since I'm awarding and next two members on position 5, 6 aren't active users during last few months.

So in this regards ham ye discuss kar rahay hian kia 3rd position ka prize @NoorulHuda ko de dia jae.

But keep in mind we don't want to hurt or discourage any one and want to keep this fair for all.
