Success comes because you are motivated to reach it. Anticipating the possible dumps is a need to do but never it means that we have to sell our coins, indeed, holding is also an option. And most of all, controlling our emotions is a must as this is the common reason why many had suffer losses.

But of course, we have to prepare also on how to exit if the market gets worsen. Sometimes we have to sacrifice especially if we are holding those coins that are not really profitable.
Motivation is not the key to success, repetition is. I know because I am doing fine for myself and the lack of motivation was what kept me from being this good at what I do. With more discipline I became a bit better at what I do, and that doesn't stop neither because you can always get better if you work hard enough.
I personally managed to get better at earning money because I stop myself from getting distracted and only focusing on one thing at a time. This doesn't mean that you should be the same way neither, you could be different but that is how fragile motivation is. If you just motivated yourself enough to make money today, what keeps you away from netflix tomorrow? But when you have discipline, you are doing a lot better.
