Not yet. I guess they still need some time to add those pages. Maybe they are still writing about the rules that they must provide in the TOS so that it will not confuse people who will visit their site.
It's been 5 days since they last replied to comments from people. Hopefully, they can come back here as soon as possible, provide the latest updates on their site, and have posted threads about their TOS and anything else they think is necessary.
If they don't have gaming license yet, I don't think they need to have very strict restrictions here. But if they are planning to purchase their license as soon as possible, then, they need to follow the protocols of the target license they will acquire.
Also, when you play as a
guest@guest.com, they are giving you a balance of about 0.000061x BTC, is that real BTC or just a play money? Because if you are playing as guest, I think the site needs to distinguish the actual BTC used vs. the BTC used as demo.
