DANIEL EVANS - his complete refusal to have my funds that was illegal taken returned to me.


Back story as to why I’m writing this -

I was playing bustabit around 1 day ago and around 5Am I got offline.
Within 5 minutes of being offline, and back on I realize my account deleted and my funds were gone.
I received all the emails to authorize tip, password reset, and login request - none of these links were clicked on.
(Before anyone say compromised I wasn’t I have 23 random character and two factor authentication)
- he’s not providing any information that is helping to know how it’s being move - etc or if he froze the funds to verify rightful owner- nothing

- I reached out to Daniel immediately saying how is it possible my account was not only deleted, but funds gone.
I saw who it went to but their account also were deleted. Here’s how it got crazier

1: I told Daniel that the those funds were not authorized by me, even when the link was clicked (he said )
I requested that he can freeze those funds and I can provide any information (my last legitimate tip, sign in, replied from the correct email  etc)

He told me he can’t take back the money from the user who stole from me without THIER CONSENT.
How do you get consent from someone stealing your own money? I am not asking for their funds and mine , I’m only asking for what was stolen from me without my CONSENT.  
The funds are still there untouched in the account btw !

In his defense: I authorized the tip, therefore he can’t go into a user account and retuned even when I said I didn’t.  I’ve been arguing with this man for 2 days straight telling him I didn’t authorize it.

He claims he protects users but this clearly shows he can’t even help someone who simply needed the exact amount of funds that was stolen from them. I’ve seen him returned funds that was mistaken tipped before for example stackgod

So if someone accidentally tipped the wrong person 40 btc you can’t get it back without the other person consent ? See how that makes no sense ?
