Design is impressive, I doubt the affiliation with H2O, but ... IPO no escrow? Also scrypt? Why not x11 or scrypt-n, you want the coin to die Q4?

Zach is one of the Co-Founders of Clean Water Coin, and also works at Bright Oak which is a design/development/marketing firm based out of Southern California. Another one of the coin devs is from Bright Oak as well; its their day job that they referred to in the OP.
