For security reasons we do not store this information indefinitely, so this will happen once enough time has passed.

The best way is to export account history as recommended, kindly visit this support article for more information How to export your account history.
 
To view your entire history without limitations, you'll need to request a history export file. If your history is highly active (e.g. hundreds of trades per day), it will help to breakdown the export requests into yearly or quarterly chunks.

History->Orders page show empty results. No orders currently available.
Doesn't matter what date ranges selected.
Please fix.

1. Are you using the mobile App or web browser?
2. Have you checked under which tab you are viewing this?

There is a tab for Open orders and then one for closed orders. If you're looking for open orders under the closed order section. You will definitely get that notification.
