There are too many unknown parameters in this one. I have an opinion that Ukraine will legalize bitcoin in order to receive additional taxes to the budget. Which, in fact, does not surprise me at all. Did you hope that governments would right here, right now make it so easy and simple to use bitcoin to buy and sell? It is doubtful for me whether they will ever take this step.
