I'm wondering if there is any forum, website, subreddit or a threading discussion in this forum about what the whales are going to do or if there is a channel where they talk/share their next moves.
I've read that some users here read about this kind of topic but they didn't share any post or link to the source.

Well, there is a group (telegram group) that talks and discusses this thing but I'd never suggest for you to join this coz this might be the reason for your losses.
It is actually hard to know what these whales gonna do next, they perhaps don't tell anyone because if they do this, their plan will seem to fail. But I guess, you don't need to know that. What you need to do is to monitor the market developments, being aware of the market situation helps you to speculate what these whales' next steps to do.
