Explained the situation clearly to Burt.
I bought BTC @ $120 worth from him, after a few weeks I reversed the transaction and got refunded by Paypal, THIS HAPPENED BY MISTAKE.
This happened on Feb 26, the day after (aka Feb 27) I proceeded to pay him the reserved $120 once again.

Talked to him in PMs, provided him the transaction ID and Paypal email, everything legit.
Yes the reversal was "shady" and I understand Burt not wanting to do business again but at the end of the day he received the payment, I don't understand why he says that he don't know what's going on.
