1 days has 24 hours so you get charged 0.01% every 4 hours.
6 * 4 = 24
6 * 0.01% = 0.06% a day
So if you had a 10k$ position you will pay 0.06% a day or 6 dollars a day.
That's Kraken's fee. You also pay a fee depending on the current funding rate a coin has, you can check funding rates here:
