The list of winners does not contain proven transactions, from the outside it looks just like a list, it would be better and more transparent if we could look at all the winnings in the blockchain otherwise it does not look convincing and does not inspire confidence.
I think it's something to do with privacy where the site prefer to hide the winning transaction of their players. I know this is not the only site that does this but I noticed this too on many sites that I play or simply visit but I do not doubt them because I know that they are legit as they are not new in the gambling industry.
For this site, here, I don't know yet if what year they start because I haven't visited their link yet as I am not really into lottery or dice games. I am not that patient enough to wait for the long draws but playing dice is too fast and too risky compare to other games where you don't deplete your balance fast. Still, good luck to @winoearn.com
for lottery games, it would be best to have proven transactions because it will solidify the credibility of the game. there's always a doubt if you are just posting the username and number, that would not be enough in the long run. people will look at how credible your game is. and one thing is to have actual hashes to show, this is one way to know if those are real. though they are displaying the provably fair generating the server seed, client see and nonce, that may give us idea that the entry maybe is legit and true.
yes we have.
click provably fair button, below of your favorite lottery.
you can see the hash and how you can proof lottery is working.
