One of the oldest and most popular Crypto currency casinos, namely Freebitco.in are not licensed and they also do not require KYC details. What does that tell you about the "needs" of the "clients" in this industry.

How effective are the license operators in any way? When Stake.com offered a Lottery that were not allowed under their license, their license was suspended for a review... Stake then just renamed the Lottery to a Giveaway and their license was reinstated. 

It is nice to know that some regulation are in place, but what teeth do they have... other than cancelling the license?
