For 99.9999999999% of the people, we just grab the same .bat file and point it to the new phoenixminer.exe and it mines.

So get rufus and make a USB key with latest Win10 builds available from it. then update it. nvcleaninstall nvidia drivers to whicher drivers your want. and try again.

I have one rig with Win10 x64 20H2 and with Phoenix Miner v5.8b (all cards are old GTX 1070 TI) is working fine. If I put old bat file in Phoenix Miner v5.9 or v6.0 mining isn't staring as I decribed before..

Same situation is with another rig with Win10 x 64 1803 where I have mix of 1070 TI and RTX 2070.... now all is working fine on Phoenix v5.8b and with newer version old bat won't start...
Luckily I do not need new version for now but it is strange why new version do not work...
