I have a problem and nobody is responding in chat. I’m trying to withdraw and it’s saying that at least one of my deposits is still waiting confirmation. I have checked blockchain on every transaction from this year and they are all confirmed. Not sure what to do here

As a colleague explained on our live chat, it looks like the problem was with one of your old deposits from a while back, which our system was showing unconfirmed - but in reality the transaction had in fact confirmed on the blockchain. Our tech team has found that somehow there were two identical transactions created in the mempool when our system picked up the transaction - since we credit on 0 confirms we read transactions directly from the mempool. Somehow this duplicate transaction got our system confused and it did not correctly update the confirms for this transaction.
Our team has now fixed this and your deposit is correctly read confirmed from the blockchain - so this will not block any withdrawals from now on.
