Is codingagency.com still active?

For some unclear reason I'm not able to select a hosting plan.
Because when I choose to add a hosting plan to my cart it only lets me place product add-ons like "domain registration" & "Domain renewal" in my cart.

I'm also unable to pay the invoices.
The system generates an error..
