Mod still has not removed the post. This is 4th time I have reported including the one few minutes ago. Let's try to get attention of @hilariousandco as he is someone who always address any issue in the meta, at least from my observation, I have found him many times to give his opinion in concerns about mods job. I would like to hear some comments from hilariousandco please.

If I understand The Pharmacist correctly then he was point out those cerebration topics pops up all the time when users like you get his next 100 merit or get their next rank or things like that.
I assume Smartvirus thought you both are same one behind the accounts 😉
Second, Ratimov can say whatever he likes--just as you can say whatever you like (within the structure of the forum, obviously, which includes potentially having your posts deleted by someone who self-moderates their threads). It looks to me like Ratimov made a statement about his early days on the forum, which you followed up with some unwelcome comments about the Russia situation. Frankly a lot of members here are just sick and tired of that kind of discussion creeping into every crook and crevice on the forum.
