Based on the way you write, I have a feeling you are Russian. From what I have seen, they typically write the sad faces that way. Is it possible that Blockchain has banned you, your IP or all Russian IP's from accessing Blockchain Wallet or its features? Maybe a Russian member could chime in to confirm or deny my thoughts?
My proposed suggestion is, if you are from Russia then try logging in with a VPN using a non Russian IP.
