I had no idea that Russia banned Bitcointalk. When did it happen? Was it in response to the war in Ukraine, or is it because of their attitude towards Bitcoin?
It happened almost exactly 2 years ago, on March 25th 2020 and it seems that the main reason was gambling promotion,more precisely Bitstarz casino scamming people. You can find more info in this thread.The only thing that never changes is the question of the champion in the number of posts on the Croatian part of the forum 
Haha yeah, our numbers would be much lower if it weren't for him. Then again, almost every local board has its own slackovic that is way more active than everyone else.
