Crap.... the Controller is at 92%. Not enough head room to cover an additional board.
It looks like the web interface uses much of the cpu. I am guessing that gauge takes up quite a bit of reasources to run. After closing the web and loging into the PI via ssh it seems its only using 60% of the cpu.
