People are discovering Bitcointalk because of 1XBIT, they are looking for answers about why their account was locked and a venue where to report 1XBIT and they find Bitcointalk as the platform where 1XBIT is very active and where they can report what 1XBIT has done to their account, unfortunately, this thread is useless it's not really addressing and solving issues.
They created this thread to gain community attention for a while. They will never settle the unresolved reports. So far there have been many new allegations against them, they have no solution to the old ones then how will they look at the new ones.
So they made this thread just to show the community members that they are trying to give the right solution to the complaints of the customers!
