I am pretty sure that the ATH has been reached before just because Musk was surely hyping it up for people.
It just takes a single celebrity to just turn the wheels around. I never nor bothered thinking about buying these meme coins in the first place and that even counts Doge. There have been many variation of SHIBA and it's insane on why people are doing it, lol.
Yes I agree with you, the significant price growth that SHIB coin managed to get before was certainly due to Elon Musk being willing to promote it but now it seems Elon Musk has left it as he no longer tweets on his Twitter about SHIB Coin thus making his current popularity start fade slowly because it no longer gets the attention of investors who have large capital.
I think in the future coin SHIB will have the same fate as coin memes in general.
