If we do not press the button, the words Protect Account will not appear and we cannot continue the registration process. It would be better if there were two selection buttons containing one to continue the registration process and the other button to choose or not to receive a newsletter from you. Not everyone wants to get promotional emails from gambling sites, especially those who rarely open a second or even third email.

You are right tho. I have seen that already, there are sites that have two boxes when we are about to register and one of the box are optional for offers but if someone mistaken it and received emails, he can always disable it in the account setting of the gambling site his playing or he can also mark it as spam in the email provider that he was using. I think that has something to do with 2fa and they use email for this but on some sites, 2fa is also optional and you can manually enabled it in the settings tab but 2fa's are advisable if you are a player that deposits and stores huge amount of cryptos inside a gambling site for a long time.
