Yes you can check real metaverse coin list on coingecko and coinmarketcap. Binance has also metaverse token list but most of the coin not listed there yet.
I will choose some best coin for 2022.

1st one is Blok token available on kucoin.
Sand,Mana,Gala available on binance.
Cybertrade or Citizen trade, not yet listed but Roadmap and their work show that this prohect will be top class metaverse project.
