Because urgent situations are not just about war, calamities can also have more severe repercussions. I think this is a perfect consideration for any government not to be too strict on bitcoin regulations.

You’re right if there’s a such thing as a silver liner when it comes to the Russian / Ukrainian war is that it showed the importance and the uniqueness of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency and how it can come in hand when it comes to not being able to access your countries fiat services.
