From my own perspective as a long term investor(this means I buy for the long term and not for the short term profit), I personally think there is no wrong time to buy bitcoin, please note that I mean bitcoin in particular, not just any crypto coin, most, if not all other coins and tokens out there do have a wrong time to buy them even if you plan to hold them for a long time, but bitcoin,  doesn't have a wrong time to buy, expect you are a day trader or a short term investor who care about the short term gains, then I did say you have to pay attention to buy bitcoin at the right time, bitcoin didnt drop as much as many thought it would due to the Russia Ukraine saga, this goes a long way to show that bitcoin is gradually proving itself as an independent currency which is what it was created to be.
