I think these guys are in Indonesia, not India.  Guaranteed to be straight up snake oil, especially considering the claims of 12 Kh/s.  More than likely these things do nothing but flash bright colors, you then connect them to their pool, which prints out fake hashrates.  By the time everyone realizes its a ponzi scheme, they fold up shop.
