This is not some customer support issue - where did our referred players go? How can they just disappear? How are you going to make up for it?

I will not only deactivate you on our site, you will also be blacklisted and getting a negative rating here on bitcointalk, just like others have for the very same "issue".

This is more than an issue - this is theft. It goes to show how professional an operation is being managed and stealing from affiliates is alerting also from a player perspective.
