Are you sure is not being sent by wagering?
I think pre-monthly still need wagering, but the only different things the reward is being fixed by the rank of your account. I miss something or what, maybe some information about the topic you are referring would be help.

For weekly/monthly bonuses yes but for pre-monthly I'm not sure because no matter how much my wager bonus is still $25 for Platinum1
I'm sure you also get a fixed bonus every pre-monthly right? Well this is the reason why I say wager is not too effect my bonus is never more and never less than $25.
