I'm wondering if there is any forum, website, subreddit or a threading discussion in this forum about what the whales are going to do or if there is a channel where they talk/share their next moves.
I've read that some users here read about this kind of topic but they didn't share any post or link to the source.

as far as I know, it's all on a thread of speculation, or altcoin speculation. however, no one has provided clearer information as many people are afraid of being blamed. when they provide such information, sometimes they only provide basic information about it, and the rest, you need to do your own research. nothing is instant. there are so many people out there who give information and it's wrong, then they get blamed for it. So, sometimes people just give a signal, or signal, after that you need to do some deeper research.
