This guy is clearly a troll trying work all bitcoiners into a frenzy. Right on time too because Bitcoin prices are going up. At least this time it's not a post about China that's being used to try to bring the Bitcoin price down.  

I'm pretty confident that the company (coinbase) that's doing the Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars in BTC transactions daily for Overstock.com is not scamming some moron who claims they have robbed him for an unclaimed sum of BTC or USD.

I use coinbase regularly and trust them with my transactions as they've never failed me. Good luck with your so called law suit troll.
