Also add the full clear conversation screenshot in the ‘PM/Chat Logs’. Your provided email message screenshot isn't clear and hard to read.

Their telegram support isn't active. Their provided WhatsApp account doesn't exist. User ‘Topbetbroker’ hasn't visited the forum for almost 4 months. The email support is the only way to get in touch with them. I just sent an email to their support with the link of this scam accusation thread. Don't know whether they will give the response or not. But I think you should create a flag against Topbetbroker and add the flag link in your main post. It will help other bettors to know about their shady behaviour and stay away from them.
