Apakah bisa teratasi dengan meng-install
Update for Windows 7 (KB2999226) saja atau masih perlu install yang lain?
Itu errornya sebelum install vcredist 2015 atau sesudahnya?
Kalau saya liat-liat di board Electrum ada beberapa user yang mengalami error serupa dengan agan DroomieChikito, Om. Contohnya
Problem updating from 4.1.5 to 4.2.0 dan
Electrum 4.2.0 strange dll errors.
Kalau benar agan DroomieChikito run Electrum 4.2.0+, saya cek mulai dari versi tersebut dan kedepannya, Electrum di Win7 sudah tidak bisa lagi gan.

Version 4.2.0 already unintentionally broke compatibility with
Win7 and there is no easy way to restore and maintain support.
Existing users can keep using version 4.1.5 for now, but should
consider upgrading or changing their OS.
Win8.1 still works but only Win10 is regularly tested.
