Are all particles decentralized? If every particle is fundementally the same particle; created by the same fundamental conditions, can they be produced anywhere in the universe?  That might explain both the particle wave duality and the particle pair production as a phenomenon of the conservation of energy law. Gonna try to figure this one out.
