Your worries are justified too. when crypto is declared illegal there will be a huge impact that will affect the market. one is that people will be afraid to trade, miner or even just hold. maybe crypto will return to its starting point or even worse than that. but all that is just one of the many possibilities that will happen in the future. and I don't really think about it, due to the fact that more countries accept it than ban it.
