Individual's opinion will be divided and different about this, some people may not like to give merit to this kind of topic, but some people see the person that posted it as a good poster and they merit the person's ranking up thread because of that. I am very sure that this is not going to be utilized. Some people wished this could have been done in the past but nothing yet. This does not stop other members (good posters) that like it to merit anyone they have seen to have contributed very well on this forum if they create such topic, but it should not be too often.
