Can you provide the exact website of this Casino? I don't know why this thread get a 6 pager reply without a single user asking for the official website of this Casino despite the landing page doesn't contain any info about 1win especially the website.
You should start creating scam accusation as early as possible since you already wait for a couple of days without any feedback coming from there support. Most of the Casino has live support but I don’t know if 1win have this feature since I don't know wtf there website. Anyway you should file already so to give warning to all the user. Just make sure you have a complete set of proof to support your accusation.

As far as scam accusation is concerned, there is no need to wait as no one responds here. He can make a scam accusation which may only aware people that 1win is a scam site but his unfortunately his issue may not be resolved.
Good find on there website. There url is very different to there which is the reason for its lack of visibilty and hard to search. I will admit that they have a decent website plus they have a mobile application for both apple and android. By having this info, My judgement base on there action is a bit affected.
Let's just Vazof55 to update us on his issue before we conclude. This casino is already invested huge amount of money for having all this feature on it. Let's wait and see on the development of this case. The 1win representative here seems not active for more than a month.
